Slou\u017e\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm k&nbsp;tomu, aby by si ob\u011b strany zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed vyzkou\u0161ely a zjistily, zdali jim dan\u00fd pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br vyhovuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jak\u00e9koliv nespokojenosti pak m\u016f\u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel nebo zam\u011bstnanec pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br jednodu\u0161e a s&nbsp;okam\u017eitou platnost\u00ed zru\u0161it. I p\u0159esto je v\u0161ak t\u0159eba dodr\u017eet ur\u010dit\u00fd form\u00e1ln\u00ed postup, na kter\u00fd se ob\u010das zapom\u00edn\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zru\u0161en\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru ve zku\u0161ebn\u00ed dob\u011b mus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u00edsemn\u00e9<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kon stanov\u00ed k tomuto pr\u00e1vn\u00edmu jedn\u00e1n\u00ed povinnou p\u00edsemnou formu. Za platn\u00e9 zru\u0161en\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru se tud\u00ed\u017e nepova\u017euje, pokud zam\u011bstnanec \u0159ekne zam\u011bstnavatele, \u017ee \u201ekon\u010d\u00ed\u201c. N\u00e1sledky nedodr\u017een\u00ed p\u00edsemn\u00e9 formy jsou z\u00e1sadn\u00ed, nebo\u0165 znamenaj\u00ed to, \u017ee pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br nebyl platn\u011b ukon\u010den a trv\u00e1 i nad\u00e1le. Nenaprav\u00ed-li se postup dodate\u010dn\u00fdm vystaven\u00edm p\u00edsemn\u00e9ho zru\u0161en\u00ed v\u010das, zku\u0161ebn\u00ed doba zam\u011bstnance jednodu\u0161e uplyne. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mus\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatel nebo zam\u011bstnanec ukon\u010dit pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br ji\u017e jin\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, tzn. nap\u0159. dohodou \u010di v\u00fdpov\u011bd\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zru\u0161en\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zam\u011bstnanci doru\u010deno<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Zru\u0161en\u00ed je pak \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 v okam\u017eiku jeho doru\u010den\u00ed druh\u00e9 stran\u011b, neobsahuje-li datum pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. K\u00a0doru\u010den\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt p\u0159\u00edmo na pracovi\u0161ti osobn\u00edm p\u0159ed\u00e1n\u00edm nebo nap\u0159. prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm po\u0161ty. V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b osobn\u00edho p\u0159ed\u00e1n\u00ed nebude v\u011bt\u0161inou vznikat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m, nebo\u0165 i odm\u00edtnut\u00ed p\u0159evzet\u00ed se pova\u017euje za doru\u010den\u00ed, nicm\u00e9n\u011b je t\u0159eba si d\u00e1vat pozor p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na doru\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed zru\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edho projevu po\u0161tou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ke zru\u0161en\u00ed mus\u00ed doj\u00edt v\u010das<\/strong> <\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Neb\u00fdv\u00e1 toti\u017e v\u00fdjimkou p\u0159\u00edpad, kdy zam\u011bstnanec nen\u00ed doru\u010dovatelem zasti\u017een a dopis se ponech\u00e1v\u00e1 na po\u0161t\u011b s&nbsp;v\u00fdzvou k&nbsp;vyzvednut\u00ed. Pokud zam\u011bstnanec v&nbsp;\u00falo\u017en\u00ed lh\u016ft\u011b dopis nevyzvedne, pova\u017euje se za doru\u010den\u00fd a\u017e posledn\u00ed den patn\u00e1ctidenn\u00ed \u00falo\u017en\u00ed lh\u016fty. Je tedy evidentn\u00ed, \u017ee pokud se zas\u00edl\u00e1 takov\u00fd dopis t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed uplynut\u00edm zku\u0161ebn\u00ed doby, nemus\u00ed doj\u00edt k&nbsp;jeho doru\u010den\u00ed v\u010das.
